This helps avoid uneccessary back-and-forth and allows us to respond quickly with accurate information.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

Payment

Direct bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Payment can be made via bank transfer (NZ guests) or credit card (international guests).

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

    Where dates are successfully rebooked, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
